PilatesLyst ("PilatesLyst," "we," "us") is operated by PilatesLyst LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using pilateslyst.com, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you join a waitlist, submit an application, or request an invitation, we collect what you choose to share, typically your name, email address, city, an optional social or website handle, and any message.

Usage analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless service. It records aggregate visit data such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate country, and device type, without cookies and without tracking you across other websites. It does not collect information that personally identifies you.

Saved items ("My Lyst"). When you save studios, instructors, retreats, or experiences, those selections are stored locally in your own browser. They stay on your device and are not transmitted to us.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiries, manage waitlists and applications, send updates you have requested, operate and improve the site, and keep it secure.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, currently our hosting and form provider (Netlify) and our analytics provider (Plausible), and where required by law.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless. The only browser storage we rely on is the local storage that powers the My Lyst feature, which you can clear at any time in your browser settings.

Data retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above, after which we delete it.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have given us by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from any update email at any time, and clear locally saved items directly in your browser.

Children

PilatesLyst is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Third-party links

Our site links to studios, instructors, and partners that maintain their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
